
Incentive programs are designed for 6-8 week periods. Programs can be
modified to meet the needs of your organization.
Frequent Movers Club
This is a self-paced exercise program designed to help participants stay motivated during the winter, spring, summer or fall. All physical
activity counts: walking, biking, swimming, strength training, sports - whatever they choose to do. Participants are given a mileage card to
track their progress. With every card that is turned in, participants receive a commemorative mug with a seasonal prize inside as a symbol
of their success.
Five-a-Day Program
"Five-a-Day" is a nutritional program designed to help participants eat the recommended five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Participants track their progress on a log sheet and receive a prize for completing the program - knowing, of course, that the real "prize" comes by
continuing these nutrition habits over their lifetime.
The Lighter Side
This is a team weight loss program designed to let participants set realistic weight loss goals with the support of a team. Participants receive
"points" for weight loss, exercising and eating fruits and vegetables each day. Teams that loose the most weight healthfully are eligible for a
raffle prize drawing.
Hold It for the Holidays
Weight maintenance contest designed to help participants maintain or loose weight during the hectic holiday eating season. Participants contribute
money into a Pound Pool and weigh-in before Thanksgiving and again after New Year's Day. Those that maintain or loose weight split the money in the Pound Pool.
