Tobacco Free for Good Cessation Class
Employer medical costs and lost productivity associated with tobacco use are staggering. Fortunately, an estimated 80% of all smokers want to quit. Employers should understand that quitting is a process; each attempt to quit is a part of the process, helping the user identify triggers and cessation aids. Success usually takes several attempts.
The challenge:
- An estimated 80% of all smokers want to quit, but nicotine is an addictive drug that affects the chemical makeup of the brain.

- Smoking is a known cause of cancer, heart disease, stroke, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Fees include:
- Trained cessation instructor
